This page explains how danipordios.com works and what happens to the data you share through the contact forms. No fine print: what I collect, what I use it for, and how to ask me to delete it.
Who is responsible
Dani Pordios, creative director and social media manager based in Bogotá, Colombia, is the data controller for the personal data collected on this site. For anything about your data: dani@danipordios.com or WhatsApp +57 350 512 8852.
What data I collect
Only what you type into the contact forms:
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp number and email (optional).
- Your brand: business name, Instagram/TikTok handle and industry.
- Commercial context: what you need, approximate budget and when you want to start.
- Submission metadata: date, language, source form and your acceptance of these terms.
What I use it for
- Replying to your request on WhatsApp or by email.
- Preparing the audit of your socials when you ask for one.
- Following up on your request (reminders, picking the conversation back up).
I do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or sign you up for newsletters.
Where it is stored
Your answers are stored in a private database (Supabase) and pass through an automation tool (n8n) that notifies me of your message. The conversation itself happens on WhatsApp. These services act as data processors and only handle the data for the purposes described here.
How long I keep it
For as long as there is a conversation or commercial relationship with you, or until you ask me to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under Colombian data-protection law (Law 1581 of 2012) you can, at any time:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the authorisation you gave.
- Request deletion of your data or revoke your authorisation.

Terms of use of the site
- All content on this site (projects, copy, images and brand) belongs to Dani Pordios or her clients and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Submitting a form is a contact request; on its own it does not create a contractual relationship or a promise of services.
- The site is provided “as is”; external links (for example WhatsApp or social networks) are governed by their own platforms’ terms.
Changes to this page
I may update these terms and this policy as the site or the law changes. The date of the latest update always appears above.
